Darboux transformations for q-discretizations of 2D second order differential equations
One of the important components of the theory of nonlinear S-integrable differential equations [1] is Darboux transformations, the story of which starts with the paper by Moutard [2] and therefore, contrary to the common tendency, we will call them Moutard-Darboux transformations. An example of an equation which admits Moutard-Darboux transformations is the second order linear differential equa...
متن کاملNew possibilities for supersymmetry breakdown in quantum mechanics and second order irreducible Darboux transformations
New types of irreducible second order Darboux transformations for the one dimensional Schrödinger equation are described. The main feature of such transformations is that the transformation functions have the eigenvalues grater then the ground state energy of the initial (or reference) Hamiltonian. When such a transformation is presented as a chain of two first order transformations, an interme...
متن کاملOn a Spatial Problem of Darboux Type for a Second-order Hyperbolic Equation
The theorem of unique solvability of a spatial problem of Darboux type in Sobolev space is proved for a second-order hyperbolic equation. In the space of variables x1, x2, t let us consider the second order hyperbolic equation Lu ≡ u + aux1 + bux2 + cut + du = F, (1) where ≡ ∂ 2 ∂t2 − ∂ ∂x1 − ∂ 2 ∂x2 is a wave operator; the coefficients a, b, c, d and the right-hand side F of equation (1) ar...
متن کاملOn a Darboux Type Multidimensional Problem for Second-order Hyperbolic Systems
The correct formulation of a Darboux type multidimensional problem for second-order hyperbolic systems is investigated. The correct formulation of such a problem in the Sobolev space is proved for temporal type surfaces on which the boundary conditions of a Darboux type problem are given. In the space of variables x1, . . . , xn, t we consider the system of linear differential equations of seco...
متن کاملDarboux coordinates for (first order) tetrad gravity
The Hamiltonian form of the Hilbert action in the first order tetrad formalism is examined. We perform a non-linear field redefinition of the canonical variables isolating the part of the spin connection which is canonically conjugate to the tetrad. The geometrical meaning of the constraints written in these new variables is examined.
